The extention syntax implements
specifies a implementing
interface name for a target class.
The implements attribute takes a string value for a Java interface name to be used as the implementing interface.
A published interface of the target class will be the Java interface specified by the 'implements' attribute.
List 8.8.3.1[grammarImplements.rng] is a sample schema for the implements attribute.
